First Trimester Catch Up

Sunday, March 23, 2014

Hello, and good bye!
Can't believe the first trimester is already over! Thank God.
Although I guess I really can't complain... I slept through most of it! :)

How far along: 4-13 weeks
Gender: Thinking BOY since the second I found out I was pregnant
Weight gain: Starting weight 117lbs. Major muscle loss :(  Current 120lbs
Maternity clothes: Nope!
Stretch marks: No thank you. I hate lotion & body butter
Belly button in or out: In :)
Sleep: Sleep is great minus peeing every hour and constant dreams & nightmares
Best moment this week: All of our amazing ultrasounds. Hearing & seeing our baby is amazing
Miss anything: Good workouts, beer, my old diet, my tan & my energy!
Movement: Not for a while...
Cravings: Donuts. Donuts. Donuts. Coffee :) Pancakes.
Queasy or sick: My diet flipped completely. I hate everything I used to love. I hate Chipotle, Thai food, Jacks Urban Eats, eggs & toast, chicken & salad of any kind
Symptoms: No energy. Exhausted 24/7. Cramping all day long. Nausea a few times a day
Looking forward to: Everything! So blessed & happy to be experiencing this again. Can't wait for my belly, gender, movement, everything!

Here is my first trimester in pictures :) Week 4 to Week 13

We met our baby on January 16th, 2013 & our best friends took us to dinner at BJs & surprised us with pink & blue candle pazookies!

I said goodbye to 117lbs & the 25 year old body I knew I would never see again LOL.              (Please excuse our messy gym)

Our little baby continued growing big & strong!

I had to start wearing a mask on duty & unfortunately stopped buttoning my work pants...

Finally we had a perfect first trimester screening at 13 weeks. Beyond blessed!

So excited to enter the second trimester with so much hope, happiness & love!
And we can not thank you all enough for all your love, prayers & support! So overwhelming to know how many of you are here for us! Thank you!
